NOTE: The deadline to opt out is 4:00pm on the date specified for each program start date! NO EXCEPTIONS will be made.
Spring-Summer Starts: Your last day to opt out is Friday, June 1st at 4:00pm.
Opt out refunds will be credited to the students account no later than November 1, 2011 for fall start students, March 1, 2012 for winter students and June 30, 2012 for spring/summer students.
New for 2010-2011
*NO Partial Opt-outs will be allowed. You must provide proof of coverage of Health & Dental Benefits in order to receive a refund.
*Those previously opting out of only a portion of the benefits must reapply for a full refund this year.
*NO partial family applications will be available. You must purchase all benefits for family members.
